All the resources and videos I use in this organization and documentation are from Pink Oatmeal as they are the best, however the same idea can be used for videos or resources from anywhere.
Documentation
I tried many different ways, but nothing was as great as Microsoft OneNote for staying organized and documenting as a school-based therapist. Below is an overview of how I used it to stay very organized and efficient.

Organizing and Planning Online
Using the same program I could plan and organize resources. If you choose to use a different online program, you could still transfer the links the same way you see I do here.
In the following video I am using Pink Oatmeal’s Video Library as a guide for planning ideas. It is so simple to grab the links and add them (as mentioned I am doing all planning right in Microsoft OneNote).

Adding Resources
Another awesome way you can make your organization and planning easy is by adding resources right into your digital folders! Below I show you how I add resources right into my digital planning right in Microsoft OneNote.
I use Pink Oatmeal resources, however you can use the same concept with other resources. Having the All-Access Pass from Pink Oatmeal makes your life so much easier as you can get ALL of the resources from Pink Oatmeal along with access to the video library.
