Yes, as long as you are a Pink Oatmeal All-Access Pass holder you will have a license to download and use anything from the shop. Remember, each membership is attached to one individual license for download and use.
While this is true, you can piecemeal individual resources, the cost adds up quite quickly. This is exactly why the All-Access Pass was created, to give you the ability to download and use all our resources for one monthly or yearly fee. Not only will you spend a lot of time searching and looking for resources, but you will likely be spending more for a lot less.
