Minute long games (movements) that can be done in the classroom, physical education, therapies, or for a fun day.
How to Use
A great way to fit in small brain breaks during the day! A great way to play games in class. Select which minute challenge you would like students perform. Students perform the activity keeping track of how many times they complete the activity in one minute. Have students keep track of score to see if they improve next time or compare to see who wins in a group or the entire class.
Cut them out, laminate, and put them on a ring for readily available access and easy travel. Print them off and have them available to use at any time. Pull them up on your computer as a quick option to use with the class.
Who Can Use Them
Anyone can use the cards! All activities can be performed in a small space or large space. They are great for use in the regular classroom, special education room, occupational/physical therapy and physical education. GETTING UP AND GETTING MOVING IS SO IMPORTANT FOR LEARNING.
